RETURNS
The deadline for returning the goods is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
To make a return, the goods must be completely intact in the original packaging, which has NEVER been used outside, after which contact our customer service by email by writing to us at info@baba-store.it or on WhatsApp at the number +39 3200689479 . When the inspection department confirms that the product you have returned is considered NEW, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the refund that will be made in accordance with the payment method you used for the order excluding shipping costs. If the order was placed with cash on delivery we kindly ask you to provide us with your IBAN to issue a refund.
The shipping for the return of the products is at the customer's expense, as well as any customs charges (in case of return outside the EEC). We also offer a courier collection service at a cost of €15 which will be deducted at the time of reimbursement.
CHANGES
The exchange can be made with any item of equal or higher cost than the one purchased, possibly paying the difference. If the item is exchanged for one of lower value, no monetary refund will be issued but only a voucher that can be spent only on www.baba-store.it. The deadline for making the exchange is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

To return the goods you have two options, the first: is the EXCHANGE method, that is, after having contacted us and reserved the goods for the exchange, the same will be immediately sent to you via our courier who will collect your return upon delivery (EXCHANGE). All at a cost of € 15.00 which you will pay to the courier in cash. The second: insert € 10 inside the package for the return shipment and send the product, via courier or post at your expense by inserting at our office Viale G. Marconi 286, Baba Store, 65127 Pescara PE, Italy

SHIPPING TIMES
All products are created after your order to give a unique and handcrafted look to your product. Standard shipping of products available in stock is normally made within 1-5 days (Italy). Express shipping provides delivery within 1-3 days. All shipments are made via insured courier to ensure your purchases as much as possible. Small setbacks can extend the times by up to 24 hours. But in these cases you can always track your order from your account.
SHIPPING RATES
The rates are calculated by the system during the purchase. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Below is a table with a summary of the costs divided by area. The rates are expressed in Euro € .

To follow your shipment step by step we have several free services that we make available to our customers. You can track your package through your customer account on our site or simply through your email with which you placed the order (provided that the email provided is real) or even via SMS (provided that the number provided is real). This last service is available only for Italy.
